The square of the Romanilla is close to the cathedral. In summer (as in this photo) is full of terraces of bars and restaurants. It is one of the most typical and pleasant corners of the center of Granada. In Easter this corner is an ideal place to witness the processions, because they come from the Cathedral and the processional steps must execute complicated maneuvers to bend the corner towards the square.
In this square we find a statue tribute to the aguadores, characters typical of the landscape of Granada until not many years ago (I remember having seen them in my childhood through the streets of downtown).
