The square of ´Pi´ (pine) is in the old town of Barcelona. The holidays welcomes a fair of food artisans, that we can see in this view. The square is very close to the Ramblas, and it leads Petritxol street, famous for its chocolate establishments.
In the square we find the church of Santa Maria del Pi, of Gothic style. The main facade has a large rosette, very consistent with the style of the Gothic church, and has a diameter of 10 metres. The rosette was completely rebuilt in 1940 because it was destroyed by fire in 1936.
