The beach of La Mamola is divided in different sections by means of peaks from rock that they had to be constructed in the 80´s due to the advance of the sea, that eroded the enormous beach that existed in little less than 2 months, and menaced in its advance the own existence of the town. At the moment it is in project modifying the estructure and number of the peaks with the purpose of increasing the surface of beaches.

 

La Mamola in this panorama is shown to us in all its splendor of a day of summer, its white houses (the majority), the sun, the blue sky, the sea… the ideal day to enjoy the beach, and after the tapeo in some of the terraces of the beach.
